Job Purpose
    Maintains and operates Data centre facilities, such as high and low voltage power systems, HVAC, controls, and cabling. Ensures uninterrupted service of Tier-IV data centre within local norms, regulations, HSE guidelines, following the Uptime Institute Data Centre Site Infrastructure and Tier Standard: Topology, Telecommunications Infrastructure Standard for Data Centres: TIA-942.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial engineering.
  • Having a Chargeman L1 or L3 competency is an added advantage.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing or data centre facilities environment or in a similar role, in particular experience in maintenance of HVAC and high/low voltage power systems.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, ability to read and prepare project documentation, diagrams, and schemes.
  • Knowledge of the building process and construction principles.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Main Responsibilities
  • Follows local norms and regulations in terms of power/cooling systems operations and maintenance.
  • Performs routine maintenance tasks as per the company’s SOP/MOP related to data centre facilities.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to data centre facilities within defined SLA.
  • Interacts with contractors for data centre facility-related systems for maintenance/troubleshooting purposes.
  • Interacts with state authorities’ representatives concerning the compliance of the facilities to local norms and requirements.
  • Performs colocation-related activities, such as power connection/disconnection for new/existing customers.
  • Ensures daily that power and cooling capacities are well balanced within Data Halls and reports immediately whenever disbalance is found or foreseen.
  • To take the responsibility as a fire warden and be involved in the safety committee to comply with the Department of Safety and Health (DOSH) requirement.

Job Purpose
    To administers company's hardware, software and applications running either on-prem or in the Cloud. Plays a crucial role in IT landscape design, operations and ensuring the company's IT Systems are operational, up-to-date, and well protected from vulnerabilities. Supports Company’s users with requests, issues and inquiries related to Company’s IT Systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in related field.
  • Problem-solving skills – To identify, evaluate, and implement workable solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with Azure AD, Azure Exchange is an advantage.
  • Ability to read and prepare project documentation, network diagrams.
  • Knowledge of the IP networking, TCP/IP, HTTP, Rest API protocols.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to start work immediately.
Main Responsibilities
  • Understanding and translating business requirements into systems configurations.
  • Administering Server equipment in terms of hardware maintenance, firmware updates/upgrades, configuration.
  • Administering System Software such as, but not limited to: Microsoft Active Directory/Azure AD, Exchange/Online Exchange, DHCP/DNS, Sharepoint, Windows Server installations.
  • Preparing High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for any internal projects related to IT infrastructure.
  • Checking HLD, LLD, technical designs and networking schemes prepared by the contractors, to ensure that they are followed correctly during IT projects implementation.
  • Liaises with contractors and other professional staff during IT projects implementation and 3rd party integration.
  • Provides technical advice and solving problems related to IT infrastructure within the Company.
  • Performs proactive/reactive maintenance/updates/upgrades or IT service change as per Company’s Change Management Policy.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves Company users IT-related issues ensuring proper service request queue management.
  • Troubleshoots and restores IT services as per Company’s Incident Management Policy.
  • Contributes to budget (CAPEX/OPEX) planning process in terms of SW/HW/licensing forecasting.
  • Ensures that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
  • Supports Company’s users with requests, issues and inquiries related to Company’s IT Systems.
  • Adhering to the Company’s IT policies and suggesting improvements to ensures the efficiency of the policies.
  • Achieves targets set by line manager within guidelines established by the COO.

Job Purpose
    Responsible in ensuring timely delivery of survey results and construction readiness of the telecom sites as per company's development plan in compliance to the local regulatory standards related to Civil works and engineering principles. Performs site survey as per inputs from network planning experts to select best site candidates for network rollout and achieving targets set by line manager within guidelines established by the COO.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Telecommunication/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year working experience in the fiber construction field.
  • Experience with AutoCAD is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of the wayleave management for new site acquisition.
  • Possess problem-solving skills - To identify, evaluate, and implement workable solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to read and prepare project documentation, diagrams, and schemes.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (Local language and English).
  • Willing to travel especially to rural areas.

Main Responsibilities
  • Undertaking setting out sites and doing surveys and represent irix to engage with local authority for any approval site process.
  • Managing parts of fiber construction projects and overseeing.
  • Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
  • Supervising and engagement with contractor.
  • Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales.
  • Liaising with contractors and other professional staff and the project manager.
  • Prepares site drawings and submits necessary documentation to state authorities to get site acquired and permits to build obtained.
  • Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
  • Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
  • Submitting documents to obtain permit to build.
  • Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.

Job Purpose
    To support the Finance & Accounts Department in daily account transaction and operations.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field, and candidates with experience in accounting firm will be given priority.
  • Proficient in programs including PowerPoint, MS Office, Excel and SQL accounting software is an added advantage.
  • Possess excellent communication and written skills in English. Other language is a plus.
  • Hardworking and good analytical behaviours.
  • Able to handle stress in a good professional manner and tight deadlines.
Main Responsibilities
  • Responsible for closing monthly management accounts on a timely manner.
  • Responsible for recording the accounting transactions accurately and completely into the accounting system.
  • Responsible for issuing invoices to customers, issuing purchase order to vendors and preparing payment including but not limited to verifying the accuracy of the vendors’ invoices.
  • Responsible for updating bank, creditors’ and debtors’ reconciliations and prepare reports related to audit activities.
  • Liaise with banks and/or advisor in respect to external and/or internal financing.
  • Other responsibilities to be assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Purpose
    Drive sales acquisition, improve irix market visibility and manage internal and external stakeholders to achieve the overall Company sales order, revenue, and cash target.
Requirements
  • Minimum STPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Sales & Marketing / Social Sciences or any related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in telecommunications infrastructure sales – internet, broadband, leased line, data centre, cloud etc.
  • Previous experience of selling to Enterprise and Government sector in Sarawak would be an added advantage.
  • Strong structured selling background with knowledge of Sales Customer Relationship Management tools.

Job Purpose
    To monitor the computer system and network, handling customer queries and complaints, perform minor network troubleshooting and oversee major troubleshooting in the Data Centre.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent, with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
  • Excellent understanding of technologies, operating systems, networking, anti-virus, back-ups, systems, and firewalls.
  • Familiar with web application languages, monitoring tools & protocols and have knowledge in product vendors such as Juniper, VMWare, and Cisco.
  • Experience in diagnosing network and service issues, following them through to resolution and developing Disaster Recovery Plans to minimize issues.
  • Experience in analyzing system and network performance using monitoring and graphical data.
  • Willing to be based at the Data Center @ Buntal, Santubong.
  • Willing to work on shift and/or on-standby.

  • Deploying and inspecting IT network systems.
  • Overseeing the safe installation of hardware and cabling systems.
  • Monitoring the performance and capacity of computer systems.
  • Performing regular checks on network hardware and software.
  • Fault handling and escalation of network alerts and hardware malfunctions.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting network errors.
  • Tracking and documenting network issues and compiling incident reports.
  • Responding to user requests and providing network training.
  • Managing system backups and network security protocols.
