Job Purpose
    Maintains and operates Data centre facilities, such as high and low voltage power systems, HVAC, controls, and cabling. Ensures uninterrupted service of Tier-IV data centre within local norms, regulations, HSE guidelines, following the Uptime Institute Data Centre Site Infrastructure and Tier Standard: Topology, Telecommunications Infrastructure Standard for Data Centres: TIA-942.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial engineering.
  • Having a Chargeman L1 or L3 competency is an added advantage.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing or data centre facilities environment or in a similar role, in particular experience in maintenance of HVAC and high/low voltage power systems.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, ability to read and prepare project documentation, diagrams, and schemes.
  • Knowledge of the building process and construction principles.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Main Responsibilities
  • Follows local norms and regulations in terms of power/cooling systems operations and maintenance.
  • Performs routine maintenance tasks as per the company’s SOP/MOP related to data centre facilities.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to data centre facilities within defined SLA.
  • Interacts with contractors for data centre facility-related systems for maintenance/troubleshooting purposes.
  • Interacts with state authorities’ representatives concerning the compliance of the facilities to local norms and requirements.
  • Performs colocation-related activities, such as power connection/disconnection for new/existing customers.
  • Ensures daily that power and cooling capacities are well balanced within Data Halls and reports immediately whenever disbalance is found or foreseen.
  • To take the responsibility as a fire warden and be involved in the safety committee to comply with the Department of Safety and Health (DOSH) requirement.

Job Purpose
    To administers company's hardware, software and applications running either on-prem or in the Cloud. Plays a crucial role in IT landscape design, operations and ensuring the company's IT Systems are operational, up-to-date, and well protected from vulnerabilities. Supports Company’s users with requests, issues and inquiries related to Company’s IT Systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in related field.
  • Problem-solving skills – To identify, evaluate, and implement workable solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with Azure AD, Azure Exchange is an advantage.

Main Responsibilities
  • Understanding and translating business requirements into systems configurations.
  • Administering Server equipment in terms of hardware maintenance, firmware updates/upgrades, configuration.

  • Preparing High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for any internal projects related to IT infrastructure.

Requirements
  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.

Main Responsibilities
  • Responsible for closing monthly management accounts on a timely manner.
  • Responsible for recording the accounting transactions accurately and completely into the accounting system.

    The Cyber Security executive will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of organizational data, systems, and networks by implementing and maintaining effective cyber security measures and strategies. This role is responsible for protecting company's information systems and data from cyber-attacks. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to cyber security threats, performing daily vulnerability management, managing company's cyber security systems, and ensuring user equipment and company systems are up to date with cyber security updates.
Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in cyber security.

2 Vacancy
     
Job Purpose
    The Data Centre Infrastructure Management Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of hardware and cabling infrastructure in a Data Centre environment. Playing Customer Support role in Data Centre operations this position will also provide support to colocation customers in equipment handling, installation, and basic maintenance. This position will perform rack/unit management ensuring best parameter utilization in terms of space/power aligning it to environmental conditions.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in data centre operations or related field.
  • Knowledge of hardware installation and maintenance, including servers, storage systems, and networking equipment.
  • Familiarity with cabling installation and termination, including fibre and copper cables.
  • Experience working with measurement equipment related to fibre and copper cables.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and cabling issues.
  • Strong computer skills in terms of Office application, CAD/Visio drawings.
