Job Purpose
    To administers company's hardware, software and applications running either on-prem or in the Cloud. Plays a crucial role in IT landscape design, operations and ensuring the company's IT Systems are operational, up-to-date, and well protected from vulnerabilities. Requirements

Main Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.

    The Cyber Security executive will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of organizational data, systems, and networks by implementing and maintaining effective cyber security measures and strategies. This role is responsible for protecting company's information systems and data from cyber-attacks. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to cyber security threats, performing daily vulnerability management, managing company's cyber security systems, and ensuring user equipment and company systems are up to date with cyber security updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in cyber security.

Job Purpose
    Maintains and operates Data centre facilities, such as high and low voltage power systems, HVAC, controls, and cabling. Ensures uninterrupted service of Tier-IV data centre within local norms, regulations, HSE guidelines, following the Uptime Institute Data Centre Site Infrastructure and Tier Standard: Topology, Telecommunications Infrastructure Standard for Data Centres: TIA-942.
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM/STPM/TVET or equivalent.
  • Having a Chargeman L1 or L3 competency is an added advantage.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing or data centre facilities environment or in a similar role, in particular experience in maintenance of HVAC and high/low voltage power systems.

Job Purpose
    The Data centre IT Operations specialist will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of hardware and cabling infrastructure in a Data Centre environment. Playing Customer Support role in Data Centre operations this position will also provide support to colocation customers in equipment handling, installation, and basic maintenance. This position will perform rack/unit management ensuring best parameter utilization in terms of space/power aligning it to environmental conditions.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Information Technology or in the related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in data center operations or related field
  • Knowledge of hardware installation and maintenance, including servers, storage systems, and networking equipment
  • Familiarity with cabling installation and termination, including fibre and copper cables.
  • Experience working with measurement equipment related to fibre and copper cables.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and cabling issues.

Job Purpose
    To act as the gatekeeper of the of the Data Center and will be the first point of reference for employees, clients and visitors when entering the premise. To engage in safety maintenance activities which includes but not limited to monitoring visitor management system (VMS), establishing Data Center procedures, and executing preventive office maintenance work, as well as performing clerical and administrative task as and when needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Ex-police, military officer or security officer experience is an advantage, though not compulsory.
  • Must be physically fit and is not involved and/or is consuming harmful & illicit substances.
  • Certified first aider would be an added advantage.

  • Manage and monitor the visitor management system (VMS).
  • Record visitor details into the VMS database.
  • Ensure the DC main doors and gates are secured and locked daily.
  • Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
  • Document and provide daily report on activities, irregularities, equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences in DC and its surrounding area.
  • Act as the first responder during emergency crisis and contact the relevant authorities for further actions i.e Police, Paramedics, Fireman, etc.
  • Respond to medical emergencies by providing basic first aid while waiting for paramedics to arrive.
  • Ensure scheduled patrolling are done around the DC premise to maintain order among visitors, patrons, and employees as well as to safeguard the property, to deter and detect intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.
  • Issue warnings for rule infractions or violations, and, if necessary, evict violators from the premises.
