Available Positions
Job Purpose
    Monitor and manage the computer systems and network infrastructure, handle customer queries and complaints, perform minor network troubleshooting, and oversee troubleshooting activities in the Data Center. Additionally, generate regular reports on system performance and network issues to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent, with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
  • Excellent understanding of technologies, operating systems, networking, anti-virus, back-ups, systems, and firewalls.
  • Familiar with web application languages, monitoring tools & protocols and have knowledge in product vendors such as Juniper, VMWare, and Cisco.
  • Experience in diagnosing network and service issues, following them through to resolution and developing Disaster Recovery Plans to minimize issues.
  • Experience in analyzing system and network performance using monitoring and graphical data.
  • Willing to be based at the Data Center @ Buntal, Santubong.
  • Willing to work on shift rotation including weekends and Public Holidays and/or on-standby.

Job Purpose

    To support, assist to manage and execute procurement and contract activities within the company, ensuring compliance, value creation, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence.

    The role involves overseeing sourcing, RFP, tendering, vendor management, contract & SLA drafting and review, and supporting strategic procurement initiatives in alignment with corporate governance standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Supply Chain, Business or a related field from a reputable University is required.
  • At least 8 years of working experience, with 4 years as a procurement/contract Assistant Manager or similar role in a telecommunication and/or IT environment would be essential.
  • Familiarity with procurement policy, SOPs, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to negotiate, engage and manage key stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Previous experience working with contract regulations and understanding terminology, standards and prevailing laws is strongly preferred.
  • Familiar with standard terms and conditions in a telecoms contract.
  • Strong and confident negotiator (at all levels).
  • Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office.
  • Have strong attention to details, excellent written and oral communication skills and possess good analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
  • Comfortable working as part of a multidimensional team.
  • High integrity and work ethic.
