Available Positions
Job Purpose
    To provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation of the Data Centre through asset management, facility oversight, and compliance with administrative procedures. This role encompasses day-to-day operational and administrative activities, including supervision of cleaning and security services, visitor administration, documentation management, report preparation, HR coordination, and deputizing for the Facilities Manager when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent with a minimum of 3-5 years relevant experiences.
  • Must be IT Savvy and familiar with Microsoft Office Tools and its applications.
  • High integrity, reliable and composed demeanour.
  • Highly adaptable, able to multitask and flexible to accept new ideas, people, procedures and able to work under pressure.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of personnel to foster healthy employee relations.
  • Prior experience in facilities and store management is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Willing to work based in Santubong, Kuching.
Main Responsibilities

Store and Asset Management
  1. Maintain and update the inventory of assets, stock, and spare parts.
  2. Record and track the movement of assets and stock items in and out of the facility.
  3. Replenish stock by raising purchase requisition as required to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Facility Supervision and Security Monitoring
  1. Oversee and monitor cleaning and security services within the data centre.
  2. Ensure compliance with established service agreements and escalate issues when necessary.
Visitor Administration
  1. Act as the reception point for the data centre, managing visitor access and protocols.
  2. Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to security procedures.
Documentation and Compliance Management
  1. Oversee the documentation, control, update, and filing of policies, procedures, SOPs, forms, and reports (physical and digital).
  2. Assist in the preparation and periodic review of SOPs and forms as required.
Reporting and Analysis
  1. Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and yearly operational and management reports.
  2. Provide data insights and maintain report accuracy.
HR Coordination and Attendance Monitoring
  1. Track and report on monthly attendance records of personnel.
  2. Act as the HR coordinator for all data centre-related HR matters.
Managerial Support
  1. Provide support to the Facilities Manager and deputize in his absence.
To undertake any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that the Management assigns from time to time.
